Executive Business Travel Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation less than 2 hours before booking time will be charged at full rate
- Cancellation within 2-6 hours before the booking time will be charged at 50%
- Booking of 8 hours or more duration require 24 hours notice of cancellation
- Rates are subject to VAT
- Vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and satellite navigation and Television
- Executive Business Travel Ltd operates a non-smoking policy for the comfort of passengers. Convenient stops can be made
- Executive Business Travel Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car, however such loss or damage is caused
- Executive Business Travel Ltd cannot guarantee journey times and will not accept liability for delay caused by accidents, diversion, weather or other causes outside our control.
- Any damaged to the interior or exterior of our vehicles caused by the client will be charged accordingly
- Invoices to Companies will be issued on the day of travel for payment within 7 working days
* Airport transfers include 30 minutes waiting time free of charge.
